So many activities! Surely you and your family can find one of these that is a good fit for you. Now for a few helpful tips before heading out to blow up fireworks and celebrate America.
BE PREPARED -Make sure to have bug spray, baby wipes, sunscreen, water, blankets, and anything else that is of high importance when you and the family are out on an adventure!
EAR PLUGS – Being a mommy its just better to be prepared than not and you never know if your child will be sensitive to the firework’s sounds or love them. So, just in case you have one baby like my oldest grab a bag of ear plugs from the store and put them in your bag. My oldest is seven and STILL runs screaming from any firework. It eases everyone’s stress level when we can just pop a plug in!
REMEMBER YOUR FUR BABIES – ask any animal shelter and they will all tell you July 4th is their busiest time of year. Doggies get super freaked by fireworks so just make sure to take some extra precautions before heading out to see the show.
MAKE A CHECKLIST – Just so you KNOW for sure all areas are covered. It is so much less stressful when you can go from a list and know just by looking at it that you did in fact pack those extra wipes.
HAVE FUN – Try to remember what it was like for you as a child going to see the fireworks. Be safe, have fun, and watch some magic in the sky!
