What better way to keep those holiday pounds at bay than a holiday themed run or race? From kids dashes, to 5ks – the metro has plenty to offer in the way of races this holiday season!
OKC Turkey Tracks – A Thanksgiving Day run that helps benefit our US Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation. Help them reach their goal of 1,000 toys by bringing a brand new toy with you to the race! The event includes a 5k and a 1 mile fun run. Dogs and strollers are welcome!
Edmond Turkey Trot – A 5k race and 1 mile “wobble” in Edmond featuring a fun kids zone, and more! Early registration ends November 18th and the best Turkey Trot costume receives a prize! All event proceeds benefit Turning Point Ministries.
Holiday Hustle – A kids run, 5k and 10k held December 3rd at Oklahoma Christian. Enjoy holiday music and local high school mascots while you run! Prizes will be awarded to repeat runners who set a new personal record.
Night Light Run – Experience the Holiday Lights Spectacular in a fun way at Regional Park in Midwest City. The race begins at 5:45 pm December 10th. Register early to save money!
Sandridge Santa Run – Runners will be prancing through downtown OKC on December 10th! FREE kids dash, a 1 mile fun run, and a 5k. All races begin & end at Leadership Square – and be sure to stay after the race for the costume contest!
