Turn the Town Upside Down

This is a sponsored post to highlight all the details for Turn the Town Upside Down, a seasonal program at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum on October 21 & October 28, 2017.

There doesn’t seem to be a shortage of things to do this fall in Oklahoma City, but coming up on October 21, 2017 and October 28, 2017 you can add some culture to your Halloween festivities! ONLY at The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, your kids (and you!) can experience a program called Turn the Town Upside Down.

The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum is known for it’s kid friendly Western town called Prosperity Junction, and joining with the Oklahoma Children’s Theatre, this event will surely be a delight!

What makes this such a neat experience?

Magic and western don’t always merge together in the same thought, but at Turn the Town Upside Down, your kids can discover, imagine, explore and play while traveling back in time with some of their favorite fairy tale and movie characters!

What all can we do there?

Have you ever tried sarsaparilla or salt water taffy? Or have you tried to make your own lantern? These activities along with meeting fairy tale characters, decorating pumpkins, taking home an autograph journal and more are what you’ll find at this event!

Even better?

Kids are encouraged to come in costume and search for their favorite characters while exploring the Museum.

How can we go?

Show up at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum on October 21, or October 28 between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.! This event is $5 per person, and free to adult members of either the Oklahoma Children’s Theatre or the National Cowboy Museum. This event is best suited for kids aged 3-10.

Need more information? Visit nationalcowboymuseum.org or call (405) 478-2250 ext. 277.

We’ll see y’all there. Yeee-hawww!
