Our friends at Mash Up Conditioning have put together a Fitness Challenge just for OKC Moms Blog and we are thrilled! Each day via Facebook and Twitter, we will be posting a short (5 minute or less) activity for you to improve your fitness level during the month of January to get your year off to a healthy start!
Every participant who completes the challenge and uses #okcmbmashup (via FB or Twitter) at least 25 times during the month of January will get a 50% off coupon for a workout DVD or a month of Group Training classes in the OKC area at the end of the month. M-AS-H is an acronym for; M = Mind Body, AS = Agility, H = High Intensity Intervals. These 3 elements are essential for the most effective workout in the least amount of time. During the January Fitness Challenge, we will do 10 days of each type of training to give you a taste of one of the newest, most effective ways to work out. This type of training has been scientifically proven to be 5-6x more effective and is good for all fitness levels. Level 1 is for beginning exercisers, Level 2 is for intermediate, and Level 3 is for our most advanced participants. So please choose your appropriate level daily. Best of all, you can do this challenge from the comfort of your own home and even include your family members. (Which is perfect for us Mommas!!)
