MASH Up Conditioning {Sponsored Giveaway!}

It's fun to make working out a family activity.
It’s fun to make working out a family activity.

Exercising has never been a priority for me as it should be, especially as a working mother of three kids.  As I now strive to shed the last unwanted baby weight, I knew something had to be done.  Lately, it has been too hard to schedule a time to get to a gym to work out.  When MASH Up Conditioning was brought to my attention, it sounded like just what I needed. M-AS-H stands for:  Mind/Body, Agility & Strength, and High Intensity Intervals. The conditioning exercises are low volume, high intensity workouts.

The workouts consist of three different levels:  Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3.

A pregnant woman demonstrates the lowest level.  I figured if a pregnant woman could do it, surely I could (considering I am not currently pregnant).  Each workout is only 15 minutes…perfect for a busy and demanding schedule.  I have easily been overwhelmed by a 45 or 60 minute workout – my attention span is just not that long.  Every few days I try and fit in an extra 15 min session to increase the impact with my goal being to eventually do the level 3 workouts consistently.  With a little dedication and persistence, I know I can achieve this goal.

So far my workout experience has been very positive.  My kids love doing it with me and it exposes them to a healthy lifestyle.

  1. A 15 minute workout is perfect for my busy schedule. I could squeeze it in first thing in the morning or in the evening after the kids are in bed…or both!

  2. 15 minutes would be great when trying to work around the schedule of a newly 3 year old (today is his birthday!) and a newborn (due to be induced on the 27th).
