Honoring Our Angels :: Forever Loved Memory Wall

“Even though it gets a little bit easier to cope with each year, there is a never ending ache in my heart and in most women who have miscarried.” – Patty, OKCMB Contributor.

“I'll love you forever,I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living, my baby you'll be.”

As long as we’re living, our babies they’ll be. They didn’t have a chance to grow up and be with us each day, but they are still, and will always be our babies. October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss awareness month, with October 15th being the official day of remembrance.  We want to honor the mothers of these angels lost during pregnancy or after birth.

While we wish we could wrap our arms around you, and light a candle for each of your children in person, we’ve created the Forever Loved Memory Wall as a permanent page on our web site to remind us that these children are forever loved, and never forgotten.

On the wall, you’ll find the names and birth dates/due dates of those little ones we will always remember; whether lost during pregnancy or shortly after birth.

If you’d like to add your child to our Forever Loved Memory Wall, simply fill out this Google Form below or email us at info(at)okcmomsblog(dot)com and we’ll do our best to add your name within 24 hours. We’ll have a special sidebar image on display throughout the month of October, but this Memory Wall will be left up year round.

She’s an Edmond native, but left the state to get a degree in journalism from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!) and work in Dallas for a few years. She moved back “home” to Oklahoma after meeting her husband and is now so thrilled to be raising her children right where she grew up! When she’s not working or playing with her kiddos, she’s making note of some of motherhood’s (mis)adventures and celebrating mediocrity on her blog –The OK Momma.
