1. What is the most random thing in your purse right now?
A fridge magnet from Crest pharmacy from when I got my flu shot…3 months ago!
2. How would you rather travel: by plane, train or automobile?
Dang…no teleportation? Plane then.
3. Favorite thing to do with children in the OKC Metro?
Anything outside while the weather is nice–we are big on “main street” nights (aka H & 8th OKC, Heard on Herd in Edmond, 2nd Friday of the Month Art Walk in Norman, etc)
4. Favorite thing to do withOUT children in the OKC Metro?
Nice dinners at delicious restaurants and shows at the civic center!

1. What is the most random thing in your purse right now?
The most random thing in my purse right now is a Chinese finger trap. (from a birthday party goodie bag!)
2. How would you rather travel: by plane, train or automobile?
Given the choice to travel by plane, train or automobile, I say…yes! I love to travel and those are all fun ways. Probably traveling by plane is my favorite, though.
3. Favorite thing to do with children in the OKC Metro?
My favorite thing to do with kids in the OKC metro area is hosting play dates and lemonade stands with my youngest and playing games or watching movies with my older two.
4. Favorite thing to do withOUT children in the OKC Metro?
My favorite thing to do without kids in the OKC metro is checking out new restaurants or coffee shops with my husband or girlfriends.
Meet Shilah!
1. What is the most random thing in your purse right now?
A pair of black leggings. I bought a new pair before heading out with friends for a moms night out and did a shimmy change in the car. I guess I stuck the old pair in my purse.
2. How would you rather travel: by plane, train or automobile?
Definitely automobile. Give me a perfect Pandora playlist and an open road and I am a happy traveler for hours. Especially if the kids have a movie marathon going on in the backseat.
3. Favorite thing to do with children in the OKC Metro?
Our favorite thing to do, especially around the holidays, is to visit random places, like Chick-fil-a, Walmart, Target, and random parking lots, and perform random acts of kindness. We’ve been known to leave thank you messages on cars for military, CDs in mailboxes, sing carols to wait staff, and pass out flowers to store associates.
4. Favorite thing to do withOUT children in the OKC Metro?
When my husband and I are able to get away and can find a babysitter willing to watch all our kids, we love to go on “penny” dates. We pick a number 1-35, then flip a penny that number of times, turning right for heads and left for tails. Wherever we are when we flip the penny last is where we spend our date. We’ve wound up in some strange places, like a cornfield near Moore, a bowling alley in Blanchard, and Walmart in Norman. But it’s nice to be spontaneous and it makes us feel young(er) again.
